Your rental fee includes Chillicothe Country Club’s current stock of silverware, china, glassware, tables, chairs, dance floor, and your choice of linen tablecloths and napkin colors. When using the Chillicothe Country Club to host your event, you also get ample and secure off-street parking as well as our professional bar and wait staff. The Chillicothe Country Club will also set up your event as instructed and clean up after your event—all included with your fee.

Some common "add-on" costs are as follows:
- 40’ X 30’ Tent Rental (Upper Patio) — $500.00
- Additional 60” round banquet tables — $12.00/each
- Additional white folding banquet chairs — $2.50/each
- Saturday events may be subject to $2500 minimum food and beverage purchase
- All dinner buffet selections are for a minimum of 50 guests
- An additional one-time fee of $150.00 will apply to any buffet selection for less than 50 guests
